Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I book my travel directly on this website?

We do not offer direct booking on our website. We are a full-service agency, and our goal is to provide you with personalized service and customized travel plans to meet your individual needs. We want to ensure that your entire trip is perfect, from start to finish, and that requires us to be with you every step of the way. We understand the convenience of being able to book directly online, but we also know that it’s not always the best option. That’s why we provide our clients with a personal, one-on-one experience and access to the best deals and resources.
Can I book my trip with a deposit, or do I have to pay in full?

You have the option to do either, in most cases. The deposit amount, due date and payment schedule can vary depending on the type of travel you are booking and the supplier we are working with. At the time of booking, at a minimum you will be required to pay a deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit is typically a certain percentage of the overall trip or dictated by the airline/airfare, depending on the supplier.
How long do I have to pay for my trip?

The due date for the deposit, as well as payment schedule for the remaining balance, will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Often times, the final due date ranges between 30-60 days prior to departure. Once the deposit and any remaining payments have been made, the booking is considered confirmed. While we are supposed to put our clients on structured and monthly payment plans, we do not. We do our best to provide the most flexible payment options. As long as your balance is paid in full on time, we give you the option to pay how much you want, when you want.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payments for all travel packages and services. Your credit card information is never stored or shared with any third parties. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept debit cards. All payments are processed in real-time, and the funds are processed immediately by the travel supplier. Your payment information never passes through our personal financial institution and is protected by encryption through our travel supplier payment portal. Because we don't store your financial information, each time you are ready to make a payment, you will need to contact us and provide the information again. That might sound tedious, but it keeps everyone protected.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply any airline or credit card miles toward the purchase or balance of your booking.
How much does it cost to retain your services?
We believe in being upfront about our fees and pricing. We do not charge any extra fees for our travel planning services. We help you make the best decision for your budget and want all of our customers to feel confident that they are getting the best value for their money.

What if I have to cancel?

We understand that plans change and sometimes you might have to cancel your travel plans. The majority of the time, the only way to receive maximum refunds or future travel credits is to have some form of travel protection. Without it, there is no guarantee of any type of refund. Every airline, hotel, resort, travel supplier, and tour agency have their own rules and cut-off dates regarding cancellations. We share that information with you, but it is ultimately up to you to understand every detail of each cancelation policy involved with the entirety of your booking.
What about travel insurance/travel protection?

We highly recommend you protect yourself and the cost of your trip by purchasing travel protection. Purchasing travel insurance is a smart, inexpensive investment that can provide financial protection in cases of covered trip or flight cancellations, unexpected medical expenses while traveling and costs incurred due to baggage delays, loss or theft. The travel supplier will have various protection plan options for you to choose from, each one offering different levels of coverage, advantages, and price. We strongly encourage you to review the plan details and purchase the coverage that best suits your needs. Often times, a protection plan is the only way to receive any type of refund on your trip, making it extremely important to protect your investment and travel with peace of mind. The cost/price of every protection plan is non-refundable.
What if I need to make a name change?

It is extremely important that we have all the correct personal information at the time of booking. That means your name must exactly match the name listed on the form of identification being used for travel. For domestic travel, it must match your state issued identification or driver's license. For international travel, it must match the name listed on your passport. Correcting a name mistake can be costly, and a cost that will be your responsibility, should you provide incorrect information at the time of booking. It can also cause you to be denied boarding should your name and ticket information contain any mistakes.
